Confidentiality on innovation services prohibits us list many
clients for our services. However, numerous workshops or
speeches have been given at the following locations:

- National Public Affairs Convention
Some details of other engagements may be available on
specific request where there is no industry-specific
confidentiality, however only when agreed with the client.
Client Confidentiality Policy
Given the disruptive nature of innovation, it is 2thinknow
policy to not disclose whether we have worked for a client or
not, neither to confirm or deny working for a client.
Our Innovation
Agents are contractually-bound to honour confidentiality.
Due to this strict confidentiality, it is only by written
client agreement would we ever discuss terms of an engagement.

We normally accept reputable corporate or Government clients
in global locations where we can effectively serve the client.
Industry exclusion
2thinknow policy may exclude heavily polluting or generally
unethical industries on a case-by-case basis, but our general
view is that if an industry-player wishes to innovate, this is a
positive development.
So we will engage with clients in their quest to improve
their operations.
Generally, we will not engage with horse-racing, gambling or
semi-illegal or illegal industries of any sort, nor will
2thinknow assist any business in any endeavours designed to
pollute or disenfranchise people.
In addition, 2thinknow reserve the right to carefully select
our clients, as we are interested in successful projects,
consulting and workshops.
Conflicts of Interest
2thinknow will declare to you, if we believe we have a
conflict of interest in working for a competing firm or city.
Locations
Service availability includes almost all of USA/Canada,
European Union, East Europe, UK, New Zealand Japan, and
Australia.
If you are in these locations, most companies or cities can
simply select a service form our
service list, or
contact us directly.
Our service range can also include limited areas of South
America, China, Asia, Russia and Africa, for an additional
travel costs charge.
The general rule of thumb here is related to ease of travel,
and safety of the key personnel. We follow travel advisories of
the US State
Department, and the Australian
Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade.
Staff safety is paramount, and insurance considerations, may
require additional charges if we are to service any remote
locations.
In addition, the less hub location, the more difficulty we
will have moving personnel into that city, so there may be extra
charges.
In addition, 2thinknow reserve the right to carefully select
our clients, as we are interested in successful projects,
consulting and workshops.
