To the extent of any variation or inconsistency in terms
between this website and a current provided Proposal, the
wording of the Proposal will replace any wordings on this
website.
All reasonable commercial efforts have been taken to ensure
the information below is-up-to-date and complete.
Full Service availability in Major European Capitals
The full service list is
normally available in major European cities in West and North
Europe within
10-30 days. These include all major European capitals, all
German, Austrian and French cities of any size and most cities
accessible via Eurail or with international airports.
The full service list is
available in major EU cities in East Europe within 21-30 days,
where these cities are readily accessible via Eurail or
international airports.
Unforeseen flight or rail delays due to weather, snow or other unforeseen
events, will incur an additional charge of € 700 per day.
Unless otherwise noted in the Proposal, standard services are
fully inclusive of all standard costs, including
travel and accommodation for the number of personnel described
as included in the service.
Custom or short-notice services may require additional travel
costs.
Availability in the rest of Europe, or territories
Most services in smaller European regional cities &
towns are available within 21-45 days, subject to access to air
&/or land transport.
As a rule-of-thumb, a city is generally considered regional
if is not accessible directly via more than a few full-service
airlines, or does not have a Eurail connection to Germany
accessible within 5 hours.
There will be a one-off additional charge of € 700 per
personnel per day, where the location requires an additional
travel day to reach.
Unforeseen flight or rail delays due to fog, snow or other unforeseen
events, will incur an additional charge of € 700 per day.
Services in remote EU islands or territories, may be
available within 30-60 day, but will be subject to added air
transport & accommodation charges.
How to Book Services
Please contact us to enquire about any services listed on
this website.
When you enquire about a service, a firm price and set of
possible dates for workshops, consulting or other services will be established at the time of
enquiry, and sent to you via an email Proposal.
On this website we have mostly listed a price near services, and
normally listed any anticipated costs. Prices are indicative of
anticipated costs. All prices are agreed at the time of booking.
2thinknow reserve the right to vary published prices without
notice, to account for travel or other factors.
To proceed, and incur the time and financial cost of
organizing resource availability, we will require a deposit to
confirm service deliverability.
The Deposit confirms Service Bookings
Service bookings are secured via this deposit, which may be
made company cheque, bank draft or credit card paid at the time
of the booking. the booking cannot be confirmed until payment is
verified.
MasterCard or Visa Card are accepted, and preferred means of
payment to ensure rapid delivery of services.
A minimum deposit of € 4500 will be charged at the time of
booking as a deposit to cover the costs of arranging personnel
and services.
Where services are booked are less than € 4500, the amount
is to be paid in full at time of booking.
The exact deposit and payment terms will be set out on the
email Proposal, and deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms
and conditions within the Proposal, or attached to.
Foreign Currencies
All payments are to be made in Euros, as advised at the time the Proposal is
emailed.
Charges to credit cards may be made in Australian Dollar
currency equivalent, based on the exchange sell rates
used by American Express, which can be checked using a currency
converter
available here.
Should you prefer to be billed only in US Dollars or another
currency, you will need to contact us to Fedex or mail us a
cheque in the appropriate currency of your choice.
Cancellation of Services by 2thinknow
2thinknow reserve the right to refuse to deliver any service
due to operational reasons, with all liability limited to the
refunding of any deposit paid. Provision of a Proposal does not
guarantee service.
New clients agree to allow 2thinknow to instigate any and all
credit checks with credit bureaus or others, that 2thinknow deem
necessary.
Cancellation of Services by You
Services are cancellable by clients up to 10 working days
prior to the service being delivered, for a 50% refund of the
total service charge.
Closer than 10 working days prior, the amount of the deposit
are non-refundable, as well as an additional surcharge for
travel cancellation.
Changes to bookings
Substituted participants are possible at no charge for
workshops.
Date changes of less than 7 days, may be possible by mutual
agreement, however if this incurs any airline penalties, travel
costs may be passed on, although these are typically small.
