To the extent of any variation or inconsistency in terms
between this website and a current provided Proposal, the
wording of the Proposal will replace any wordings on this
website.
All reasonable commercial efforts have been taken to ensure
the information below is-up-to-date and complete.
Select Service availability in major Mid-East Cities
The full service list is
normally available in mid-East destinations including Turkish,
Egyptian, Jordanian, Saudi and UAE cities such as Istanbul,
Ankara, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Cairo, Amman, Kuwait City,
Medina and others, within
18-30 days.
Some cities may be excluded due to various
operational, legal or other requirements imposed on foreigners
by local laws, as well some content may require modification for
local relevance and compliance.
Unless otherwise noted in the Proposal, standard services are
fully inclusive of all standard costs, including
travel and accommodation for the number of personnel described
as included in the service.
Services are only available in English, at this time.
Custom or short-notice services may require additional travel
costs.
Prices are typically the same as USD pricing, with the
addition of a USD $2500 per 2thinknow personnel, per day
surcharge to cover the cost of visas, content modification,
accommodation and
travel, for personnel from Australia.
Any unforeseen overnight stays due to airport issues, weather or other unforeseen
events, will incur an additional charge of USD $1000 per
personnel, per day.
Limited services to Mid-East regions
Any region or city with a current negative US State Dept or
Australian DFAT travel advisory, or a country that 2thinknow
assesses has a risk of being involved in any military operations
will not be serviced.
Iraq, Syria and Iran are currently excluded from our service
list.
Services in some more remote middle-eastern regions may be
available within 30-60 days, but will be subject to added air
transport, staffing & accommodation charges, and are only available by
mutual agreement.
If we are to provide regional services, provision of safe land transport from the nearest major
airport may be required by the client, as well as safe clean
accommodation.

How to Book Services
Please contact us to enquire about any services listed on
this website.
When you enquire about a service, a firm price and set of
possible dates for workshops, consulting or other services will be established at the time of
enquiry, and sent to you via an email Proposal.
On this website we have mostly listed a price near services, and
normally listed any anticipated costs. Prices are indicative of
anticipated costs. All prices are agreed at the time of booking.
2thinknow reserve the right to vary published prices without
notice, to account for travel or other factors.
To proceed, and incur the time and financial cost of
organizing resource availability, we will require a deposit to
confirm service deliverability.
The Deposit confirms Service Bookings
Service bookings are secured via this deposit, which may be
made company cheque, bank draft or credit card paid at the time
of the booking. the booking cannot be confirmed until payment is
verified.
MasterCard or Visa Card are accepted, and preferred means of
payment to ensure rapid delivery of services.
A minimum deposit of USD$8000 will be charged at the time of
booking as a deposit to cover the costs of arranging personnel
and services.
Where services are booked are less than USD$8000, the amount
is to be paid in full at time of booking.
The exact deposit and payment terms will be set out on the
email Proposal, and deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms
and conditions within the Proposal, or attached to.
Foreign Currencies
All payments are to be made in US Dollar currency, or a
local currency equivalent as advised at the time the Proposal is
emailed.
Charges to credit cards will be made in Australian Dollar
currency equivalent, based on the exchange sell rates
used by Travelex.
Should you prefer to be billed only in another
major currency, you will need to contact us to arrange to Fedex or mail us a
cheque in the appropriate currency of your choice.
Cancellation of Services by 2thinknow
2thinknow reserve the right to refuse to deliver any service
due to operational reasons, with all liability limited to the
refunding of any deposit paid. Provision of a Proposal does not
guarantee service.
New clients agree to allow 2thinknow to instigate any and all
credit checks with credit bureaus or others, that 2thinknow deem
necessary.
Cancellation of Services by You
Services are cancellable by clients up to 10 working days
prior to the service being delivered, for a 50% refund of the
total service charge.
Closer than 10 working days prior, the amount of the deposit
are non-refundable, as well as an additional surcharge for
travel cancellation.
Changes to bookings
Substituted participants are possible at no charge for
workshops.
Date changes of less than 7 days, may be possible by mutual
agreement, however if this incurs any airline penalties, travel
costs may be passed on, although these are typically small.

are enforced under the jurisdiction of the courts of Melbourne,
