To the extent of any variation or inconsistency in terms
between this website and a current provided Proposal, the
wording of the Proposal will replace any wordings on this
website.
All reasonable commercial efforts have been taken to ensure
the information below is-up-to-date and complete.
Limited Service availability in Major Capitals
2thinknow do not typically service most of South America. The full service list is
available in Latin American countries including Brazil, and
Peru, only by mutual agreement, within a 30-45 day period.
Argentina has a less
restricted service availability policy.
Not all cities or regions in South America are serviced. As a
guide, any region or city with a current negative US State Dept
or Australian DFAT travel advisory, will not be serviced. And
typically we will not service regional areas outside major South
American cities.
Standard services will require a surcharge assessed on a
case-by-case basis, for security,
travel and accommodation for the number of personnel described
as included in the service.
Services are typically only available in English.
Custom or short-notice services may require additional travel
costs.
Unforeseen flight delays due to fog, snow or other unforeseen
events, will incur an additional charge of USD $1500 per day.
How to Book Services
Please contact us to enquire about any services listed on
this website.
When you enquire about a service, we will be able to advise
you whether or not we can assist you.
We reserve the right to refuse without reason any or all
services.
If we can assist, a firm price and set of
possible dates for workshops will be established at the time of
enquiry, and sent to you via an email Quotation.
To proceed, and incur the time and financial cost pf
organizing resource availability, we will require a deposit to
confirm service deliverability.
The Deposit confirms Service Bookings
Service bookings are secured via this deposit, which may be
made company cheque, bank draft or credit card paid at the time
of the booking. the booking cannot be confirmed until payment is
verified.
MasterCard or Visa Card are accepted, and preferred means of
payment to ensure rapid delivery of services.
A minimum deposit of USD$7000 will be charged at the time of
booking as a deposit to cover the costs of arranging personnel
and services.
Where services are booked are less than USD$7000, the amount
is to be paid in full at time of booking.
The exact deposit and payment terms will be set out on the
email Proposal, and deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms
and conditions within the Proposal, or attached to.
Foreign Currencies
All payments are to be made in US currency only, as advised at the time the Proposal is
emailed.
Charges to credit cards may be made in Australian Dollar
currency equivalent, based on the exchange sell rates
used by American Express, which can be checked using a currency
converter
available here.
Should you prefer to be billed only in US Dollars, you will
need to contact us to Fedex or mail us a cheque in US dollars.
Cancellation of Services by 2thinknow
2thinknow reserve the right to refuse to deliver any service
due to operational reasons, with all liability limited to the
refunding of any deposit paid. Provision of a Proposal does not
guarantee service.
New clients agree to allow 2thinknow to instigate any and all
credit checks with credit bureaus or others, that 2thinknow deem
necessary.
Cancellation of Services by You
In the event of cancellation of services by clients in South
America, the deposit
is non-refundable, and there may be an additional surcharge for
travel or security cancellation.
Changes to bookings
Substituted participants are possible at no charge for
workshops.
Date changes are not possible once a Proposal is accepted.

All terms are, to the extent permissible by applicable laws,
are enforced under the jurisdiction of the courts of Melbourne,
in the State of Victoria, in the Commonwealth of Australia.
