Notes 2thinknow is based in Melbourne Australia, and provide services to cities globally from this location. We intend to establish regional offices by 2012 locations determined based on support from city governments. For clarity and convenience across different cultures, we tend to use primarily email communications. All our communications and services are delivered in international English. Non-English translation can be provided upon request for reports and data, at cost price. For courses and events, cities can provide additional translation of the slides. Some of our facilitators may be bi-lingual in languages such as German or French. Should you have special requirements, please contact us. It is always our goal to reach as many cities as possible, and we will expand service locations in future years. 2thinknow are born global. Free products such as the Index, and our paid analyst reports, City Benchmarking Data™ are universally available even in areas where event and course services are not currently available.
